Shri. Ashutosh Shewalkar, is a qualified DCE, AMIE (Civil Engineering), and also Bachelor of Arts with major subjects including Marathi & English Literature, Philosophy and Psychology. He has also obtained his Masters Degree in Philosophy
Shri. Ashutosh Shewalkar started his career as a Junior Engineer (Civil) with Zilla Parishad, Yavatmal and worked for a period from 1979 to 1982, followed by a brief stint with M/s V.M. Jog Construction Ltd. Thereafter he worked with PWD, Nagpur as a Junior Engineer upto 1985. Shri. Shewalkar founded Shewalkar Developers Ltd., (formerly Nest Construction Pvt. Ltd.) in the year 1985. It is only his vision, hard work and dedication which has made Shewalkar Developers one of the leading developers of Real Estate in Vidarbha Region.
SMT. VIJAYA SHEWALKAR:
Smt. Vijaya Shewalkar, is the wife of late Shri Ram Shewalkar. She is a graduate and retired teacher. She is also the Managing Partner of Restaurant “Parnakuti” which is an associate concern of the company. The restaurant is presently functioning under her supervision
SMT. MANISHA SHEWALKAR
Smt. Manisha Shewalkar, is the wife of Shri Ashutosh Shewalkar. Her qualifications include Masters in History and Marathi, Diploma in Travel and Tourism, Bachelor of Journalism from Nagpur and Post Graduation Diploma in Journalism from United States. She has to her credit, independently looking after and successful completion of the company’s maiden venture in Pune.
Smt. Manisha Shewalkar, has also managed the publication of SHRIVATSA a DIWALI ANNUAL MAGAZINE published by the company’s sister concern “Shewalkar Medias (P) Ltd.,”. This magazine was published for 5 years from 1989 and each year was conferred with the prestigious Maharashtra Sahitya Parishad award, for the best publication. It was a record to bag both of these awards by a single Diwali Annual and Shrivatsa has repeated this record for all the years of its publication i.e. all the consecutive 5 years and thereby creating another record.

LATE SHRI RAM BALKRISHNA SHEWALKAR
Late Shri. Ram Balkrishna Shewalkar, was the chairman of the company since its inception. Shri Shewalkar was known for his literary Activities. He was the principal of a local college in Wani, Dist. Yavatmal for a period of 25 years. He had done his Post Graduation in Marathi and Sanskrit and had passed with a Gold Medal in Sanskrit. He was a noted orator having delivered over 3500 lectures in past 40 years. He had delivered his orations in every possible large and small city/town of Maharashtra and also in places like Calcutta, Delhi, Goa, Dewas, Gwalior, Hyderabad etc.
He was elected as the President of Vidarbha Sahitya Sammelan, Bhandara.(1978), Maharashtra Rajya Granthalay Sammelan, Gondia(1983), Pahile Aadiwasi Sahitya Sammelan, Bhadravati, Swatantrya Veer Sawarkar Sahitya Sammelan, Bhairavgad, Vidhyapith Marathi Pradhyapak Parishad, Pusad.(1992), Gujrat Prantiya Marathi Sahitya Sammelan, Badoda, Sahitya Sabha, Shardotsava, Indur, Wangmay Parishadeche Aadhiveshan, Badoda, Jagtik Kirtan Sammelan, Dombivali (2002), Sant Sahitya Sammelan, Aurangabad (2003) and Jagtik Marathi Sammelan, Nagpur (2004). He was unanimously elected as the 67th President of All India Marathi Sahitya Sammelan at Goa in 1994. Such unanimous choice has occurred only twice in the entire history of 67 years of the Sammelan. He was also honoured as Chief Guest and key note speaker for the 8th convention of Bruhan Maharashtra Mandal of North America convention held at Boston, U.S.A. in 1997.
Shri Ram Shewalkar was a member of the Sahitya Sanskrutik Mahamandal and Vishvakosh Nirmiti Mahamandal of Govt. of Maharashtra . He was also on the Censor Board for films and dramas for 11 years, a judge in the panel of Sahitya Academy and was the President of Vidarbha Sahitya Sangh for 9 years. He was the founder of ” Acharyakul” along with Late Shri Vinoba Bhave. He was associated with many social, cultural and educational organisations. He has to his credit Audio and Video cassette publication of his orations which were released in August’ 95.
He has authored 48 books and has been honoured many a time for his work and his writing has got him honoured twice from the State of Maharashtra. In December 2007 his auto biography was published at the auspicious hands of the Hon’ble President of India at New Delhi.
